The future of Incumbents who live in the “imaginary” world,the world that “sell” to the Customer, and in which they are imprisoned.
It’s a time to market problem.
Putting the focus on the future means losing the moment: and the moment that Disruptive innovation wins.

develop products that meet the needs of customers
that with the focus on the future continues to be unsatisfied
