For this reason the Society works only when it is managed with the direct commitment of the Citizens (it is the principle of Democracy).
Today it is necessary to take into consideration the importance of Crowd, that is one of the most important meta-trends: the bottom-up mode in the management of Market and Governance processes (Crowd-sourcing, Crowd-dirven market, etc …).
One of the errors of the Market (and of the Politicians) is precisely the inability to understand this meta-trend, and to continue to develop top-down strategies: they continue to “induce” consumption behaviors top-down in the Crowd (the same in the choices of Government).

Today a Crowd-driven Business is possible because ITCs allow the Consumer (Demand) to drive the offer in a more direct, more detailed way (and in real time).
A successful strategy today must therefore be developed primarily by
ENABLING CROWD TO COLLABORATE
IN THE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
(thus developing a pro-active application in which the Customer becomes pro-sumer).
Take into account that this new mode develops a Virtuous Circle in which the Consumer develops an increasing ability to work as a pro-sumer.
