The essence of the paradox of poverty in foreign countries is that we try to export a model that does not work with us, in origin (we live in a phase in which no market and government expert is able to exit the recession).
The question is therefore that
we should first try to solve
the problem of the paradox of the malaise
(material and psychological)
widespread in our western society
(poverty, unemployment, inefficiency of public services, etc …).
