Today it is thought that there is a systemic racism in western society (especially in the USA) which is responsible for some serious hardships experienced by some ethnic minorities; and responsible for the forms of violence perpetrated by public institutions.
In reality, a careful analysis of the issue of social violence shows that the problem upstream of everything is a degeneration in the functions of public institutions that today end up assuming an authoritarian connotation (which derives from the social-democratic ideological conception of the Society) where originally to be were created and managed “by the people, for the people”.
That is,
the problem today is not that of race supremacy,
but that of State supremacy
In other words, the transformation of the Democratic System into a Social-democratic system has led to the transformation of the Institutions that were born as a service for the Citizen in Institutions serving forms of Authority (which are not democratic at all).
▫The Monopoly over the use of force
One of the salient features of modern European democracy (which was born with the French Revolution) is to have created a Monopoly over the use of force (exercised by governmental institutions).
This condition of Monopoly over the use of force has a number of negative implications, among which that of preventing citizens from actively dealing with themselves and their own property in defense.
And also in this condition,
Government is no longer
the expression of the will of citizens,
but becomes a form of totalitarianism
based on “idealistic” concepts (such as those of the ideologies of the Left) which imposes top-down rules.
In this form of Democracy, the typical power of Democracy, that of Citizens, is lost, and therefore there is inevitably an escalation of Power in the authoritarian direction: that ends up having serious conditions of serious social conflict.
The problem for Democracy is that this condition is paradoxically exploited by the same political party that worked to achieve it, as happened at the beginning of 2020.
.
In fact, in modern Democracy – conceived in Europe and later adopted by the USA – the Citizen is put in a position of not being able to defend himself (up to the paradoxical fact that the Albunqueque Policeman who shot the Citizen who was trying to kill him is condemned by the judicial system). <see source>
∙The question of the monopoly of force and taxes (the problem of the “tax system”)
The condition of Monopoly of use of force is justified in this way:
«Without some sort of coercion [use of force], the state would not otherwise be able to enforce its legitimacy »<see “Monopoly on violence” on Wikipedia>
The fact is that in the current legislative condition based on this monopoly, the State has the right to use force (possibly “armed”) also to give the citizen a simple fine (in fact if the Citizen does not pay the fine the State intervenes by force seizing assets from it; and if the citizen resists, he is arrested with the “force”).
.
To understand how this power of the State
is contrary to the principles of democracy,
it is sufficient to judge it according to its own rules
(as some Greek philosophers did).
Let’s see, for example, how the current form of tax collection would be judged by law: when the State collects taxes, according to its own laws, it commits the crime of extortion.
In fact in this case it forces – by force – someone to pay for an unsolicited benefit (this is a variant of armed robbery).
It is recalled that taxes – in their current conception – led to the Revolution from which the United States was born.
.
The strategic role of taxes must be taken into account: them, in their current configuration, are what allows ideologized politics (the so-called establishment) to increase its power.
Today we tend to forget the original (democratic) version of taxation: as is still the case in small towns, originally things went totally differently:
● Citizens themselves decided, moment by moment, what expenses they had to prepare.
● taxes were actually “collectis” paid for specific expenses (already decided directly by the Citizens).
That is, the expenses were faced as they are today in the “condominium meetings”.
.
When the current system of taxation was adopted the role of the debt collectors “was often played by the “stationary bandit” who defended villagers from roving bandits, in the hope that the protection would incentivize villagers to invest in economic production, and the stationary bandit could eventually use its coercive power to expropriate some of that wealth» Wipkipedia, “Monopoly on violence”.
.
Note the similarity of the Social Democracy tax system with the extortion typically carried out by the Mafia: the Mafia forces the Citizen to pay with the promise that in return it will protect its shop (protection, for example, with vandalism). This is, in fact, the request for payment for penalties not requested by the “user”.
Bear in mind that in this case it is the Mafia itself that creates the dangerous situation: it is in fact the same mafia that, in the case of non-payment, vandalizes the shop (for example by burning it)
.
A case in which the extortion (coercive payment) by the State for an “benefit” not requested by the Citizen is evident is the type of National health service created by Obama, in which the payment of an insurance of a specific type is mandatory: in this case Obama introduced the socialist (socio-democratic) dimension of European Democracy to the USA [Under Section 1501, individuals will be assessed a monetary penalty if they do not purchase a health insurance plan that meets the federal definition of “minimum essential benefits” <read Article>]

.
The consequence of centuries
of refinement of the new Power system
based on the Monopoly of force
is the creation of authoritarian institutions
disconnected from the control of the Citizens
(and therefore contrary to the Constitution); that is, the monopoly of power has led to a condition in which “public services” are less and less at the service of the citizen, and increasingly at the service of authoritarian power.
Among these services there is precisely that of Law enforcement.
Note how in fact the problems of excess violence develop systematically in the areas governed for a long time, with an absolute majority, by the Left (the same happened for the lockdown problems linked to Covid-19).
the transformation of the law enforcement function
In the documents of this series we describe how this transformation of democratic power into an authoritarian power – operated by the left – has affected the function of law enforcement, and consequently has created the current problems of social insecurity, and the violent conflicts that the Left itself exploits to his advantage.
.
● Ethnic disparity is a “cultural matter” (a government issue) <see>
With regard to the serious hardships experienced by some ethnic minorities, it is highlighted how these problems derive in large part from a setting of the governmental institutions degenerated from their original Democratic setting.
● Is there a systemic racism? a “scientific” reading of the data <see>
It illustrates how violent behavior is due to the culture transmitted by the social community in which the individual grew up. And like the loss of the traditional culture of the community turns out to be a serious problem with respect to the proper functioning of the community.
● The Police violence problem: towards a solution <see>
A careful analysis of the available information relating to the violence exercised by the Police shows that the problem does not derive from a racial bias, but arises from an incorrect setting of the Police, which has lost its function of “social service”, and has become an organ serving institutions that have little to do with Democracy.
To solve the problem it is therefore necessary to operate on two fronts (1) upstream of everything, with a recovery of Democracy in the institutions that produce the laws; (2) with the recovery of the Public Service function by the law enforcement bodies.
