The series of Articles “Reboot of Democracy”
is dedicated to the definition of a path of restoration of modern Democracy to its “factory conditions”:
that is, to the restoration of the fundamental principles and functions of Democracy, which was – during its two centuries of life – transformed into a socialist regime.
The essence of this recovery of Democracy consists
in recovering, from the beginning of the path, the essence of Democracy: the direct participation of Citizens
in the Administration/Government processes.

► A. Democracy reboot – MANIFESTO
The essential features of the Reboot of Democracy.
● REBOOT OF DEMOCRACY (SYNOPSIS): HOW AND WHY TO CHANGE THE CONTRAST STRATEGIES OF ESTABLISHMENT OF POLITICS >>
It is necessary to be aware that the strategies with which the “dissidents” are trying to change things are totally unsuccessful: they think they can change things by forcing the Rulers to develop a process of change.
It is therefore necessary to stop with polemics and protests, attempts to be heard, etc … And begin to operate in a “constructive mode” in which we begin to rebuild real Democracy without waiting for the permission and support of the institutions.
● Reboot of Democracy: an alternative government to restore Democracy >>
The current form of Democracy is plagued by a factory defect: it is based on the principles of Socialism (of the state that governs Citizens from above), and therefore has a natural tendency to develop a socialist dimension of government institutions.
It is therefore not a question of fighting the Socialist wing of Politics, since the problem lies upstream: the current Democracy is already in itself – definitively – a Socialist Regime.
● HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO RESTORE DEMOCRACY? the need to abandon the current “republican” policy >>
It is necessary to abandon the critical approach to the System (polemics, protests, opposition) and begin to operate in a constructive way: starting to change things from the local level, where Citizens can be directly involved, and immediately improve things (services and infrastructures ). This makes it possible to obtain an increase in the level of awareness of citizens with respect to their ability to personally manage the processes of Government and Administration, and therefore to develop a Power by the People that the Left cannot neutralize.
● THE RESTORATION OF REAL DEMOCRATIC POLITICS >>
It is necessary to abandon the Right Policy which in recent decades has done nothing but contribute to the creation of the current socialist “Democracy”. It is a question of recovering the Citizens’ Policy, the only legitimate and effective form of politics in Democracy.
Today, thanks to new technologies, it is possible to develop forms of participatory government (Politics) that are impossible for the foundation of modern Democracy.
► B. Democracy reboot – introduction to the various topics
● b.1 – WHY IT IS NECESSARY TO CHANGE THE POLICY OF THE CONSERVATIVES (THE FAILURE OF THEIR CURRENT POLICY) >>
Conservatives have been making the same mistake for years: they try to change the social-democracy system from within. There is therefore a need for a radically new approach to solving the problems of Democracy (a Disruptive Innovation).
The problems of the current Conservative policy are analyzed.
● b.2 – WHY THERE IS A NEED FOR A DISRUPTIVE INNOVATION OF “DISSIDENT” MEDIA >>
In order to have an effective participation of Citizens it is necessary first of all that they are aware of what is happening: it is therefore necessary to restore information based on facts. That is, it is necessary to redefine the information of dissident media from its foundations (innovate in a disruptive way),

It is necessary to radically change the approach to communication: to begin to develop maieutic communication that allows Citizens to develop a new awareness of what is happening, and what is actually possible to do.
► C. Democracy reboot The road to a real democracy
● TOWARDS A DEMOCRACY REBOOT (SYNOPSIS) >>
It is necessary to use a path of recovery of Democracy that does not go through the current institutions – It is a question of starting bottom-up, from the foundations: from the Power exercised “by the People” at local level,
● THE NEED TO START FROM A DIMENSION OF AN EFFECTIVE DEMOCRATIC “POWER BY THE PEOPLE” >>
Change is necessary and urgent. A cultural misunderstanding prevents – who could do it – from supporting a push for change. To restore Democracy, it is necessary to first reset the Democracy factory conditions. This is because Democracy is a delicate system in its functioning: if the principles are not followed, Democracy does not work. And to reform Democracy it is necessary to do so following the principles of Democracy.
● “EXTINCTION OF DEMOCRACY”: THE EXTINCTION OF MODERN DEMOCRACY AND THE REBIRTH OF REAL DEMOCRACY >>
Democracy is giving way to forms of real Socialism. We must realize that the current form of Democracy is not reformable (it is not Democracy itself that is in crisis, but Social Democracy). This offers an opportunity to re-establish real Democracy.
● WHY IS DEMOCRACY VANISHING? >>
The crisis in the West simply stems from the fact that current governmental institutions do not respect the principles of Democracy at all: the first thing to do is the restoration of the “Power by the People” (starting from the local level).
Underlying the failures of the Conservatives: ● they claim to want to restore Democracy but, like the Liberals, they argue that a strong top-down power cannot be renounced. ● they get lost in an attempt to solve specific problems (of abuse of power by the Liberals), when the problem is upstream, in the factory defect of the current Social-democracy (and therefore a reboot to the original conditions of Democracy is necessary).
● HOW TO SET UP DEMOCRACY REBOOT >>
Democracy has been founded “by the People”: it has never been someone’s concession. The restoration of Democracy must also be done “by the People”.
Democracy can be developed with a bottom-up action “by the People” developed through an ad hoc Social Network platform. Which allows Citizens to ● to govern locally, “in parallel” with respect to institutional government ● with the same tools it is possible to counteract the current policies of the Left, thanks to the “de facto power” assumed by the new “Citizens’ Policy”.
● RE-THINKING – THE ELECTIONS ARE NOW IRRELEVANT: IT IS NECESSARY TO ACT ON THE FOUNDATIONS OF THE INSTITUTIONS >>
It is useless – and harmful – to continue to try to win the elections, to beat the Left in the Elections. (now the Left has reached an absolute power that can no longer be scratched).
It is necessary to put oneself in a position to be able to restore Democracy to its foundations, whether Elections are won or not.
● REFORM OF SPECIFIC SECTORS OF DEMOCRACY >>
A first analysis of some sectors of Democracy that with the Reboot are restored to their original functions: ● Institutional government ● Justice ● School ● Emergency services ● Health Care/Subsidies ● Infrastructure/Public works, etc.
► D. Reboot: operational considerations
● d.1 – ISSUE: THE 2020 US ELECTIONS (WRITTEN IN JULY 2020) >>
It is no longer a question of trying to win the elections, since the Democrats have gone too far, they have thus transformed the institutions, so today they have gained absolute power.
The mistake the Conservatives are making is that they continue to confront the Democrats on their own ground: it is not a question of “drain the swamp”, but of rebuilding the entire building elsewhere.
● d.2 – WHY THE DEVELOPMENT OF AUTHORITARIANISM REPRESENTS AN OPPORTUNITY IT IS NOT JUST A DRAMA >>
Today it is not Democracy to be in crisis, but its declination is: Socialist “Democracy”: the Left has achieved absolute power, and as always happens in history, it – in a delusion of omnipotence – creates a social chaos that will soon lead to an irremediable defeat. It is therefore a question of exploiting the moment, beginning to rebuild a real Democracy on a terrain other than that of institutional politics.
● d.3 – THE NEED TO DEVELOP A DIMENSION OF EFFECTIVE PARTICIPATION IN THE GOVERNMENT OF CITIZENS (BOTTOM-UP GOVERNANCE MODALITY) >>
To restore Democracy it is necessary – from the very beginning – to develop a path in which “the People” (Democs) is the protagonist. An analysis of how it is possible to start from a “Citizens’ Policy” that is initially developed at the local level.
● d.4 – THE NEED TO INITIATE AN EFFECTIVE PHASE OF CONTRASTING RADICAL LEFTIST STRATEGIES >>
It is necessary to abandon the current ruinous strategies of the Conservatives: the problems of the (failing) evolution of these strategies are analyzed. And it illustrates how it is necessary to do “a step back, before two steps forward“.
● d.5 CROWDIZATION OF DEMOCRACY >>
If Democracy is to be healed, it is necessary to restore the founding principles of Democracy: restoring “government by the Citizens” – the original form of democratic Government – which develops where they are directly interested in the management of issues concerning their territory, their social life (in this case the “by Crowd” trend that is developing spontaneously in the Society).
● WHAT TO DO NOW FOR THE COVID “HEALTH DICTATORSHIP”? >>
► Redefine information modalities
● E.1 DISSIDENT INFORMATION, WHAT TO DO NOW: THE NEED TO REDEFINE “DISSIDENT” STRATEGIES >>
Today, those who want to defend themselves from the abuses of the institutions continue to make the fatal mistake of competing with the institutions on their own ground (on their own weapons). The underlying problem is that our problems are expected to be solved by others (Leader, experts). It is necessary to rebuild from the ground up the information system (and the school) that is the basis of our current beliefs.
● E.2 AN ELEMENTARY (REASSURING) APPROACH OF “DISSIDENT INFORMATION” >>
Today, those who convey dissident information must recognize that they too – albeit unintentionally – contributes to maintaining the public in the impossibility condition of understanding substantially truthful information.
A new approach is emerging for dissident information.
● E.4 HOW TO DEFINE A NEW APPROACH TO DISSIDENT INFORMATION >>
Today it is necessary, rather than demonstrating the objectivity of the information presented, use an approach capable of solving this problem of the condition of succubance of the mind (people are currently as if in a state of shock; and it is certainly not possible to reason with a person in such a condition).
Bottom-up Initiatives to strengthen the position of “dissidents” > It is necessary to operate on information itself, but also to create new Web tools and platforms that allow to neturalise the monopoly of the “crony Web”.
